The short version. This site has no forms. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number through this website. We do not call you, text you, or email you. The only way you contact us is by calling us. If you do call, the call is recorded, and we pass what you tell us to the installer who will quote your job.
Who we are
JSR Support Services LLC is an independent marketing and call-handling company. We do not sell, install, service, or monitor security systems, and We answer calls from homeowners, ask a few questions, and connect qualified callers to Safe Streets USA LLC, an ADT Authorized Provider.

What we do not do
- We do not have a contact form, a quote form, an email signup, or a chat widget.
- We do not ask for your phone number on this website.
- We do not call you back, text you, or add you to a marketing list.
- We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties or lead brokers.
Information collected on this website
Visiting this page does not require you to give us any personal information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you came from, and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site working and to detect abuse.
Advertising and analytics cookies
We advertise on Google. When you arrive from an ad, Google Ads may set a cookie so that we can tell which ad led to a phone call. This tells us that a call happened and which ad caused it. It does not tell us who you are.
We use a business phone system to answer and route calls. If we use call-tracking numbers, a different number may be shown to different visitors so that we can tell which ad produced the call, and a cookie may be set in your browser for the same purpose. Every number shown on this site rings the same company.
Cookies on this site
We use cookies, including advertising and analytics cookies, so that we can tell which advertisement led to your call. These load when you open the page. A notice tells you this on your first visit.
The services we use for this are Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Zoho CRM. They may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
How to stop them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's private or incognito mode. The site works normally without them and the phone number still works. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" or tracking-protection setting.
If you would prefer we did not process information about your visit, you can also write to us at the address at the end of this policy and we will delete what we hold.
When you call us
Calls to (844) 954-7070 are recorded for quality and training. You will be told this on the call. If you do not want to be recorded, please do not continue the call.
During the call we may ask for your name, your address or ZIP code, whether you own your home, and how to reach you about your quote. We ask this to check whether service is available to you and to hand you to the right people.
Who we share your information with
If you qualify and want to continue, we pass your details to Safe Streets USA LLC so they can quote and schedule your installation. From that point, their own privacy policy and their own agreement govern what they do with your information, including any credit check they run as part of installation approval.
We may also share information with service providers who operate our phone system, call recording, and website hosting, and where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep call recordings and call notes for as long as we need them for quality, training, and dispute resolution, and for as long as any law or contract requires. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to have it deleted, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights.

Children
This site is meant for homeowners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
